Evaporate the storm using this high powered laser

Ok after I patented my laser telescope I thought about other uses for the laser and it accured to me that tornadoes and hurricanes are nothing more then tiny water and ice cristals and strong winds from friction where two forces come together cold air and hot air with the right amount of heat can evaporate them. The milartary has something right now that I beleive will work on all type's of tropical storms they use this micowave to heat up a group of people or persons body water to the point of evaporation.

They just havn't thought of this uses yet.
